HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

For the time being I only dispatch to the UK (unless you contact me personally so that we can arrange something).

But the good news is delivery is FREE – no matter how big or small your order

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

I usually manage to package things up and get them to you in 3- 4 working days.

Your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail first class service (unless you contact me to let me know you would like a different service).

However, please note that specially made, bespoke items (and out of stock items) will take longer as I need to source materials, make the item, and send for hallmarking where relevant.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payments can be taken through PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

PAYPAL

You can purchase all my jewellery through this website by selecting the ‘ADD TO CART’ button next to each product. This will take you directly to PayPal (and other options) in order to make a payment. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. 

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?

Even the smallest of gifts from Imaginaries Handmade Jewellery are beautifully presented in an Imaginaries gift box. This is then sealed in a padded envelope.

BESPOKE ITEMS AND YOUR OWN IMAGINARIES

My goal is to convert what is in the imagination into something wearable. So, please be in touch with any idea. This offer comes with no commitment to buy until we agree a sale.

RETURNS

It is important to me that you love your jewellery. If you are not happy for any reason you can return it to me within 28 days and with proof of purchase and, as long as the piece is in its original condition and has not been worn, I will issue you with a full refund.

Please note that bespoke commissions, personalised or made to order items of jewellery cannot be returned. But we will work together to make sure these are right for you.

To return an item to me, please follow the below steps:

Please securely package your item in its original box and attach your proof of purchase along with it.

I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL JEWELLERY SHOP?

All my work is available online or directly through me. I hope to be doing some markets once things get back to normal and will post information on Facebook and Instagram. My work can also be viewed and purchased at: The Ship Inn, Burnham on Crouch and The Emporium on the Quay, Burnham on Crouch.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

If you call into any high street jewellers, you can get your finger measured expertly for free. Alternatively, email me and ask me to send you a free returnable ring sizer. If you are stacking three or more rings together, or choosing a wide band ring, I usually recommend adding a half size to the ring size you order.

Please note that responsibility for getting your size right rests with you, and there may be a charge if I need to alter a ring size after purchase.

 DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

I am afraid I do not offer a repairs service.

DO YOU ENGRAVE ITEMS?

I do not currently offer an engraving service. I recommend asking for recommendations from a local jewellers store.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Good quality jewellery is made to last. One of the best ways to keep it safe and clean is to wear it!

To protect it when not wearing it, we suggest that you store your jewellery separately in an airtight container, as metals and stones can scratch when they come into contact with each other.

Do not let your jewellery come into contact with household detergents or other chemical products, and take care when spraying perfume and hairspray.

Sterling silver jewellery has a tendency to tarnish, naturally. If this happens you can restore its original brilliance using a branded silver polishing cloth.
