Refund Policy

It is important to me that you love your jewellery. If you are not happy for any reason you can return it to me within 28 days and with proof of purchase and, as long as the piece is in its original condition and has not been worn, I will issue you with a full refund.

Please note that bespoke commissions, personalised or made to order items of jewellery cannot be returned. But we will work together to make sure these are right for you.

To return an item to me, please follow the below steps:

Please securely package your item in its original box and attach your proof of purchase along with it.

I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. I recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
